The Pause

We invite you to step into a sanctuary where time, stress and responsibilites melt away. While we will be guiding the group through meditation and various grounding exercises - we want to focus on the shared value that true healing comes from inside ourselves.  

You will leave feeling nourished, connected, and ready for the week ahead.

Please bring comfortable, warm clothing and socks.  

We will have a cell phone basket at the front door in which you will deposit your magic rectangle.  Next you may choose to receive sage or palo santo clearing. Entering the dojo, you will experience binaural sounds inside the candlelit sanctuary.  There will be a chance for the group to share and talk and we will also honor if you choose to be in silence for this experience.
